Alot of times people in parties, guilds, or simply in the community get start talking about GW, and GW2, and even what they think about the game or what they hope to see in the future. That's a perfect opportunity to share this site with them, where they can learn about all the GW2 developments and share their interests and suggestions.

as long as this method doesn't get too spam-y, I think it's the most effective. When the topic comes up, of course.
