Guild name reservations for the guild leader to rebuild the guild in gw2?

How will Guildhalls work? Better system including the Houses wish from many players?

Will the Officer/member system change? Dual-Ownership...

I'm actually interested in this myself. I'm curious to know also how having different races will effect guilds. I assume that people of different races can't be in the same guild or at least races that rival each other like the Charr and humans. But is it possible for the Norn and the Charr to be in the same guild or alliance (since I heard in the lore they live in peace with one another)?

Since it wasn't really an issue in GW1, I'm just curious as to how guilds/alliances will be structured.

sidenote: officer channel would be a plus! The senate can conspire! muuhahaha...:)

Anet stated that any race can be in any guild. Also that guild name/cape MAY be transfered through HoM in gw:en but that is not definite still. As for the guild halls Im guessing that they will be in the mists or the rebuilt lions arch since the battle isles were destroyed when Orr rises.
